Why a single location first

We validate the system at Norcross before committing budget to a rollout across eight locations. Each additional location is $1,800 to build and $225 per month to operate, plus the Voice AI plan selected for that location.

Every catering enquiry, by phone or by email, is captured in one tracked pipeline with full visibility and nothing lost in transit. At present there is no reliable measure of how many enquiries are going unanswered.

Payment: 50% deposit to begin, 50% at go-live. Build fee can be split into three payments.

Listen only. The system reads and sorts, sends nothing. You see exactly what it would have said.

How long until we are live?

Three weeks from the date account access is granted. Week 1 listens, week 2 drafts, week 3 goes live.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Every platform is configured under your ownership, and the data stays yours if we ever part ways.

What happens if we go over our voice minutes?

Overage is billed at $0.35 per minute and appears as a separate line on that month's invoice. Tier 3 includes the Unlimited plan at the pilot location, which has no overage. You can upgrade a plan at any time effective immediately if usage runs higher than expected.

Can we change voice plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with no fee. Downgrades require 30 days written notice. We recommend running the pilot location on Unlimited for the first ninety days so plan selection at other locations is based on real call data.
